The ability to produce cut-to-order studs from a variety of in-stock, all-thread materials is another facet of Stafford Nut & Bolt's commitment to providing quick response to our customers needs. We have an automatic band saw, chamfering and stampingmachine which allows prompt production of non-stock studs.

Our bin design and stocking program is one of the areas we feel sets us apart from our competitors. As part of this program, our personnel assists in determing your company's needs for on-hand fasteners and industrial supplies. We then develope a layout of bins and drawers to store the materials in an organized and well labeled fashion. Our computer system can generate custom labels (including bar codes, if desired) for both the bins and replacement stock. These labels include picture representations of the item as well as descriptions and customer part numbers. This makes the bin system easy to use and helps reduce confusion which often stems from multiple names for many fasteners. Our sales staff can then provide orders for replacement stock which is replensihed by our service personnel.
